Voters can ask to replace smudged ballot papers

PUTRAJAYA: Voters who accidentally smudge their ballot papers with the indelible ink need not worry as they can ask for a replacement, said Election Commission (EC) secretary Datuk Kamaruddin Mohamed Baria. “However, they need to return the smudged papers before getting new ones.
