Kota Kinabalu International Film Festival (KKFF) will be held in Kota Kinabalu on 8th June
2013, from 2.30-4pm. Lots of activities will be held as well. The festival will feature screenings from 5 international movies from france, Germany, Romania, Japan and America.
It also features a Sabah Film Forum that will screen Short Films made by Malaysians,
highlights from short film competition Think 5, other documentaries and short films and a
Awards Night.
There will be a hands-on workshop with the Sabah Film Academy where the public can
submit their film scripts to be realized in short films during a 2 day shoot at the Sabah
Museum. 10 successful applicants will have their movie made while aided by international
filmaking gurus.
So movie enthusiasts, what are you waiting for? Submit your scripts and you will stand a
chance in Oscars!
