Warm water and lemon, why you should drink it?

Another entry for a healthier body today. I found this one interesting though. Why we have to warm water and lemon, and make it as a habit?  Here are some of the reasons/ benefits you can get. :)

1. Boosts your immune system

2. Balances pH

3. Helps with weight loss

4. Aids digestion
 
5. Acts as a gentle, natural diuretic
 
6. Clears skin

7. Hydrates the lymph system
