Free school breakfast, should schools in Sabah to follow suit?

We all know that, Education plays a huge role in moulding a person's character and personality. It is good to know that education quality in Sabah has been improvised and thanks to both Masidi and Muhiddin for highlighting the plea by all quarters concerned.

As I have browse through the Independent.co.uk, which is a UK based news portal, I found out that schools in UK are actually practicing this method to combat its students becoming hungry during the day and unable to concentrate in class.

Personally, I think this is one of the good ways to ensure the students, be in primary or secondary, to give their full concentration during class hours. We know that many of the rural students are coming to schools without taking their breakfast and this had alleviated their attention, as they craving for foods during class!

This method can improve their punctuality and communication skills as pupils or students come early to school. At the same time, they are able to maximise their ability to succeed in school. And a study from one of the UK schools, found such scheme helped closed the gap in test results between rich and poor students.

So what say you?
