Term Of Reference (TOR)

What is TOR (Term of Reference)?
-TOR is the views and suggestion from all the component parties on the objective of Setting up the RCI.

Who is going to present The TOR and to whom?
-Tan Sri Pairin Kitingan will be going to present the TOR to the BN top leadership.

    The Sabah BN Citizenship Committee has already submitted the Terms of Reference to the Prime Minister when he made his visit to Sandakan a few weeks before.

    Muhyddin said the Federal Government has approved to implement the RCI and will be finalizing the Terms of Reference to cover factors such as safety, environment, economy and social.

    De facto law minister Nazri Aziz has revealed that Sabah will have its royal commission of inquiry (RCI) and that “the government had already begun the process of preparing the terms of reference for the RCI”.

    PBS believe it would be the perfect opportunity for Najib to belatedly announce the setting up of a Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) to investigate the issuance of MyKad to thousands of illegal immigrants in Sabah.

    We should just wait for the official announcement from the Prime Minister regarding the RCI implementation. He will be coming to Sabah again soon, just wait for the good news.

    Sudah 2 kali PM telah datang ke Sabah tahun ni tapi belum ada sebarang pengumuman tentang penubuhan RCI. mungkin ada sudah yang hilang kesabaran.

    jika kerajaan prihatin akan masalah PATI/PADI yang dihadapi oleh Sabah, maka, kerajaan harus digesa tubuhkan RCI sebelum PRU-13

    isu PATI/PADI memang wujud dan perkara ini tidak boleh disangkalkan lagi, meminta agar kerajaan mengambil berat akan masalah ini yang semakin ketara di Sabah/Malaysia

    memandangkan masalah ini dirasai oleh seluruh rakyat Sabah, bukankah lebih baik jika TOR ini didedahkan kepada umum untuk penilaian dan tambahan kepada terma2 rujukan sekiranya ada sebelum dibentangkan kepada PM??
